  Unfortunately we were scammed by two of their Dealer Reps. Make sure you vet any dealer you go with personally because Timberhaven may not have done so or even verified their qualifications!

  Timberhaven Log Homes provides an excellent quality product. And they prepare the log package in a manner that makes assembly of the log walls very easy for the contractor which is one of our favorites features of the Timberhaven Log Home product! Each log is milled and precut to your specific plan. The logs are put on the skids in the order that the contractor will need them. Each log is labeled with row number and letter. A set of plans is provided showing each wall of the home with the corresponding letter and number so the contractor can follow them very easily .... saving them time and you money! No searching through random logs to find the next one, no cutting to fit on site....... it's a very organized process. In addition, Timberhaven Log Homes has a great team that wants each and every log home to be what the customer wants. Mary Girton
