The technician, Gunner, was professional and personable. Tim's had great communication and I was sent a picture of my technician in advance so I knew who should be at my door. I would recommend them and plan to use them again! I was offered the maintenance package and was not pressured to purchase. You e got a great tech representing your company!

I just got my central unit replaced. Overall the gentlemen did a good job but I wish they'd had been more careful. While they were doing their job in my attic, throughout the entire job they kept putting heavy stuff on my security camera cable. Eventually it was when they were finishing up that one tossed something on top and severed the cable. Now I'll have to buy and rerun new cable through my wall if I am not able to splice it.  Also, their clean up could be better. Other than those two things, they were polite and efficient. Just need to be more careful and clean up better. And I don't know if this is normal but our vents were blowing black chalk like shards when we turn our unit on.
