  When I called, Tim had me speak with Justin who said he would come by the next day to take a look at the job we spoke about. We had a tankless gas water heater installed. Around 4 in the afternoon I had not heard anything so I called the office and they gave me Justin’s cell phone number. I called and left a message and NEVER got a call back. I am okay with your not wanting to do the job, but this behavior is not acceptable to me.

  Great people, Richie really helped us out when we installed a new system in our house. Really knowledgeable and very fair pricing.

  Highly recommend this company. Chad came out and changed the coil on our heat pump. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We had a further issue with the same system that Chad resolved within 10 minutes. Top notch technician, top notch HVAC company.
