Tiger Services does a great job of keeping up with the maintenance on our unit. We’ve used them at our former home and now this one and feel like our systems work so well because of proper maintenance. They always call to remind you it’s time for your twice yearly maintenance and also let you know when your technician is arriving. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been using Tiger services for several years. They are great about notifying us when it is time for a maintenance check. Ismael wore a mask which I appreciated as a senior and wore covering over shoes protecting wood floors. He was polite and shared maintenance check with me upon completion.

Had a specialist come out and give me a quote… almost 10 grand to replace the ducts and 3 grand to reseal! Went to a different company and they said they were perfectly fine and only needed to be resealed and paid a fraction of the cost. Don’t let this company scam you out of your money. Do the research!

Hello Mr. Reyna, Many thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. It sounds like we did not fully understand your request when we were called to your home. All the paperwork suggests that you requested (we did not recommend) the ductwork be totally replaced. Because of the age of the home, you wanted to make sure there were no dust or comfort issues when you moved into the new address. The estimator gave you a price to remove and dispose of all the large fiberboard duct system; then redesign and layout and install all new ductwork, ceiling boxes and registers. He was under the impression that was the service requested. The second quote was offered as a basic package that might meet your needs. He recommended a level 4 duct sealing. Each duct joint and register box would have been sealed. That process requires many man hours and a lot of crawling in the tight hot attic. We apologize that we did not understand your request. We understand you might have found someone to provide a minimal amount of sealing (maybe a level 1 sealing) for a smaller dollar amount. We can assure you; our Level 4 sealing was quite extensive and priced correctly. We are sorry you feel scammed in some way, but the selling technique you suggested in your review does NOT fairly represent our 44 year old company and that selling technique is not tolerated at our company. If you would like to discuss the matter, simply call our offices.
