When we needed our fridge looked at, Tiger Mechanical was quick and professional and told us that the part we needed was no longer made and the repair was temporary. We told them we had a home warranty and needed an invoice that would communicate the exact issue. Turns out the invoice was not acceptable as written and now our fridge is broken, Tiger Mechanical has not returned our calls for over four weeks, and we can't move forward with our warranty company. The service was good, but we are extremely frustrated by the lack of communication at this point and cannot recommend this company specifically if you need accurate documentation or follow up communication for any reason.

Called to have washer fixed and had an appointment made for 3 days later got an email confirming appointment then night before the appointment get a call saying since I didn’t confirm they were cancelling me from the route and to call and schedule for a later date. I’ve never experienced in my life a since You didn’t answer this confirmation call we are canceling and not even give you an opportunity to call and confirm even though you confirmed via email. Disappointed to say the least and since I now need To wait longer I will just use someone else

Nicolas, we apologize for the experience. Your appointment was booked on 10/30 for an appointment date of 11/4. We always try and confirm these appointments a day or two in advance due to the volume of calls we have booked in advance and sometimes customers forget to cancel as they have already had it taken care of. In this case our CSR tried to contact you by phone at 5:30 PM the night before you called and you then confirmed on line at 8:02 pm which then automatically put you back on the schedule since it was afterhours. We were able to accommodate your appointment for 11/4 for the original scheduled date. This review was left prior to us going out to your home that day. From the notes that I read our tech was able to rectify the problem for you. Please feel free to reach out to our office and ask for a supervisor if you have any further questions or concerns.

They are very professional and polite! Didn't take long to get them out to help us. Reasonable rates and a job well done!
