  Charles, the HVAC Tech, was great. Very professional and polite. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions and gave me a little insight as to what I can expect over the next couple years since my furnace is 30 years old. I highly recommend Tiger Air and request Charles as your tech if possible.

  Theo was so friendly, helpful and efficient. He even told me I did not need to use a dehumidifier in the winter. He checked the furnace memory board and reassured me that the skunk like odor I was smelling on and off was due to sewer gases. As others have been complaining about this. So relieved!! Highly recommend this company. Great people.

  Phil was great! So happy I called Tiger Air as a second opinion! Phil explained some possible issues with my aged furnace but ultimately gave old Betsy a clean bill of health for now. He also gave me some important advice about where to put my carbon monoxide detector (in the bedroom where I sleep) and which detector to purchase because they lose their sensors after awhile. Thanks for your help Phil! You rock!
