During the inspection he answered many of my questions and curiosities as he went through the entire property. The next day I received a very thorough report even including recommendations for repairs.

Forrest White is so detail oriented! He did our home inspection and came to us with a detailed report, photos and what to do to care of everything. He was honest, thorough, and very professional throughout the whole process. He answered all the questions we had and provided us with an email that included everything that was gone over in person and made sure we knew to call him with any questions. We had our inspection done yesterday and it was the most thorough and well explained inspection we experienced. Forrest was professional, friendly and inspected everything with a fine tooth comb despite this home only being 11 months old. He answered all of our questions, provided a detailed report of all his findings and asked that if we needed to clarification on anything to not hesitate to reach out.
