  Called Bill after our heat went out during a below freezing winter snow storm in December 2021. Called other places with no luck but Bill answered first call. He had me send him a picture of the furnace and he walked me through the entire process on how to troubleshoot the issue. He saved our family during these freezing temperatures we are in. I cannot thank him enough! I highly recommend Bill!!

  Bill was incredible in getting our furnace running again. He was prompt and professional and with 4 cold grandgirls in the house the return of the furnace function was greatly appreciated Dave

  Called Bill for repairs on my furnace. Instead he gave me directions over the phone on how to fix it. (I’m a DIY kinda guy) He even ordered the part for me, paid for it. I picked it up and installed myself. He also hasn’t allowed me to pay for the part either....Who does that?! This guy is awesome! Bill, I can’t thank you enough.
