  Although I have not used this company as of yet, I hesitate to after yesterday. While driving in Vidalia yesterday one of their company trucks swerved over in front of my wife and I erratically almost causing a serious accident. When we pulled up next to them later at a traffic light. It was occupied by two young men that were acting very unprofessionally inside the cab including the driver on his phone. If this is who they have working for them I don’t want them touching my personal property.

  Only issue I have is that this company doesn’t report cost of part (s) and labor etc separately of bill. I want to know how many hours their employees spent at my location, cost of parts and taxes I’m being charged for. Most companies break down various cost being charged

  Central air went out the night before so I called first thing at 8:30 in the morning. I told them my central unit fan was not turning, and told me they would be out with in the day. Three hours later, I receive a phone call with them heading out to our house. Within 15-20 minutes from arriving, Garrett had checked, replaced the part that was bad, and started my central air conditioner back. He even checked my Freon, and got the leaves out of our unit. Definitely using this company again.
