  On multiple occasions, Thornton's called me during their scheduled window to inform me that they were not coming. The first time, they said it was an emergency. The second time, they told me it's because they couldn't get the specific part they needed. Considering this whole process was over a month with plenty of time to place an order, this means they didn't even have the part to begin with on the initial date, and the emergency was an excuse to kick the can further down the road. When my appointments were re-scheduled, they were weeks later and I was put behind everyone else in line. It was clear that my project was not a priority to them.
