  I was very pleased with Thornton’s scheduler and technician. Prentice Evans had been on the original installation team 14 years ago so he knew the site and the equipment quite well. He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and replaced the faulty capacitors in the outdoor unit within 40 minutes. He provided excellent instruction on homeowner maintenance issues and explained how the system works. Great service!
