  Poor workmanship. This was a new installation in a new house build. They left bare metal duct with no installation and routed my fiber optics through the return air duct to name a few.

  True to their words about 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Recent incident was resolved quickly, professionally, and courteously. Maintenance and repair crews are the BEST in the area. HIGHLY recommend this company. It has a genuine culture of quality, service, and customer respect.

  Absolutely would not recommend. Was a complete disaster from day one of calling them. Paid 6,000 dollars for a unit that still to this day doesn’t work right. Leaked all over our ceiling two months after they installed it. Was told they would fix all the damage. Finally got someone out here months later to change the sheet rock. Till this day two years later still have never got anybody to paint anything. And as of tonight tried to turn the air conditioning on and once again it’s not working. Last summer it was one excuse after another. And I’m sure that’s what i will get this year too. Worst company I’ve ever done business with.
