  I personally had a very bad experience with this company. They installed my entire hvac unit. About 1 year after the install, my condenser had a freon leak. They came out and said the leak was due to the condenser pad not being level and wanted to charge me to correct it and refill the freon, even though it was their technicians who improperly installed it to begin with. Later I had issues with one of the boots on my ductwork, it had fallen from the vent because it was never mounted properly. They refused to fix it, and I ended up having to get an hvac inspector come out and force them to repair it. Finally, they scheduled an appointment to come do routine maintenence on my system but they never showed and never returned any of my phone calls. So overall, I had multiple improper installs and they did not want to fix them and they just completely ignored me. Would not recommend.
