  Dennis and Cindy are such a great team!! Anytime we call them they are more than willing to help us solve the problem over the phone first to see if it's a simple fix or squeezing us in at the end of the day if necessary. Dennis is so professional and friendly. He graciously does the work while my toddler insists on being right there by him supervising. We will continue to call Thompson Heating & Cooling anytime we have issues with our furnace/ac unit. Quality work!!

  I don't leave reviews often, but I was so impressed with Dennis and Cindy's service. Very kind, knowledgeable, and professional folks. Promptly fixed my furnace issue and helped me fix my fireplace that hadn't worked in months. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

  We highly recommend Dennis and Cindy's business and workers to anyone! Great people to work with! They were willing to answer any of our questions at any time, and explained answers to my husband thoroughly. They provided honest advice as if they were the ones in need of a new furnace.
