  My furnace started making a horrible sound. I called Thompsons and Nate arrived at my house approx 30 min later. He was very personable. In a matter of minutes he diagnosed the issue AND HAD THE PART IN HIS VAN!!!. My furnace was fixed in 20 min. So, after my call, my furnace was fixed in an hour. They will definitely be my first call going forward. Thank you for the quick response and service, it was truly appreciated!

  Our furnace stopped working on a very cold Saturday afternoon. We were worried we wouldn't get someone out until Monday. I gave Thompson's a call. Within a half an hour we had a technician, with the right part, fixing our furnace. I would not hesitate to call them again if we need their services.

  This company saved the day for me! I went to another place that was only interested in selling me a whole new furnace and a/c that I wasn’t financially ready for. I was so stressed but thankfully these guys came out and gave a second look. They suggested I get a new furnace as well but let me know I could replace things bit by bit.(I have a very old setup) So I started with my broken a/c unit. The financing plan they offer is great. The techs are friendly and compassionate. They did quality work and explained everything to me along the way. I appreciated that they treated me like a human being and not just another number. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They are incredible! I’m so grateful I gave them a call.
