  I was very happy with the Thompson Heating & Air. Diagnosed the issue quickly. Made the calls to verify if the faulty part was still covered under warranty. Once the part came in the part was replaced quickly. I will definitely be calling Thompson for any HVAC issues we have in the future.

  My experience with the company has been positive until I needed warranty work done. Aaron has always been outstanding when here to do service. April, in the office, is arrogant and argumentative. Wayne did not adjust labor costs ($85/hr) on a 2 year old $10,000 system. April was condescending and accusatory when I asked for consideration of an adjustment of the service cost. The product is sold as a reliable, quality item, and for this reason, I feel the dealer should have some obligation to back up what they sell. Therefore, I think the labor should be charged at cost on this type of service. The company clearly disagrees and will rigorously defend their policy.

  I can not tell you how much the service I received was appreciated. Wayne worked me into an already busy day and immediately was able to identify and fix the issue with my Air Conditioner. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a company that works with integrity and honesty. Jackie Mayo
