  I will be recommending Thompson H&A to everyone I know that needs this service. My a.c. unit went down, and I initially contacted one of the "larger" HVAC companies in Denison to come take a look. Their technician spent all of 90 seconds looking at it before recommending a new unit. Mr. Thompson came by the house on very short notice and was able diagnose the problem and swap out the problem part in less than 30 minutes. Thank you sir!! You now have loyal customer for life. Save yourself some time, money, and headache, and call these guys first.

  They have fixed what other companies have messed up multiple times (home warranty sends out other companies-we don't get to choose). Always timely, efficient, smart & honest. They do things correctly the first time. And usually make it the same day I call.
