  Well this was a fiasco!! Would NOT recommend them. We had a part in our furnace go out (although we were able to get it to work with some finessing). They came out, took our part so now it is not working at all. Took over a week to get the part (which is understandable). But when they took the part - our furnace would not work at all! This is in the middle of winter. So no heat, at all, in February and March. Then they called and said the part had arrived and they could install it middle of March. We stated that we needed to be on their emergency list as it was winter and we have no heat. They said they would send someone out. They called us about a week later - said someone was in the area and could install it. We are both professionals however, were not in cell coverage. Called them back within 12 mins and they said sorry, no longer in the area. Didn’t reschedule. Then we called again to get it scheduled - confirmed the date and time (2 days before they were supposed to install) told them we might not be home but authorized them to come into the house and install. Guy answering phone said he would “put that in the notes”. Install day rolls around, they call to make sure someone is home (again out of cell coverage - hence the reason we gave them permission before) - I was home but they didn’t call my number, just my husbands. Called them back and they said “since you didn’t answer we didn’t go by” EVEN THOUGH WE GAVE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS. Called them back and they said they would try and get to us in another week!!!! Needless to say, we went and got the part and will hire a professional company to install. Would not recommend. Would give negative stars if I could. Very unprofessional, could care less about doing right by the customer in all areas.

  My shower was leaking for over a month while I waited for another plumbing company to come take care of it. After they finally arrived they gave me an outrageous price for repair as they wanted to remodel my entire shower. I figured I would give it one last attempt of trying to fix it myself. I had heard of Thomas plumbing from a family member and was told they were the best plumbing company in town. When I arrived they immediately helped me figured out what part it could be and what to look for. After returning home I was able to locate the part and bring it in for a matching replacement. I was nervous because my house has old plumbing but their part selection was incredibly impressive. Great to have a local family business in Missoula that is this kind and helpful! Thanks TP&H!

  Needed a new bathtub faucet. Home depot quoted me over 500$ for a fixture that would have required at least one new hole in my wall. (Not what I needed) within 5 seconds of talking to the man at Thomas he had what I needed on the counter for about $35. Always professional and very helpful
