  Cannot touch much on the business side because I have never hired Thermal. However, I was previously employed with Thermal and my treatment as a worker was far from fair and ethical. If you are seeking out employment through Thermal please hesitate. This place is governed by inconsistent standards and policies and the treatment of minorities and marginalized groups is disgusting. Thermal cares more about the business side of things and finances versus operating in an ethical light and treating their employees fairly. As an employee, I was bullied and discriminated against frequently. I followed proper protocol and reached out to management and HR frequently. My reward for this was blanket promises and band-aid fixes before being let go with minimal explanation.

  I placed an order for a baseboard heater (for my 93 year old father) from Thermal Equipment Sales on October 19th, 2013 and since the initial order confirmation have not only received my item, not received any kind of update concerning the order status as far as a possible back order, discontinuance of product, or shipping status. It is now December 7th and still no response to my inquiry. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.
