Our company uses them for our entire senior living complex. A unit continued to malfunction and shut off during the peak of heat. Raising the temp inside the unit to 80-85 degrees. They took 3 days to come out on a emergency call. Did not fix it. It continued to malfunction to this date. We call each day for someone to come out, we are on day 3 of no response. Horrible customer service.

For Air Conditioning/Heater needs, we always call “Thermal Cool” because they have always been great! This past Sunday evening: Our air conditioner suddenly quit blowing cool air. Monday morning at 7:55, I called “Thermal Cool”. Within an hour, they had arrived at our home! After promptly assessing the situation, they fixed our A/C with parts from their truck. Thank you to a high quality, personable, and dependable team of Magic!

I would give ZERO stars if I could. This place is quick to take your money and slow to service. DO NOT call them if you need fast reliable service. I called when my air went out during a heatwave. The old guy, Ron (im mentioning his age because it might have something to do with the delay) came out and suggested I get a whole new unit. Told me he would put the ticket in that day. He did not, he waited 5 days because "he was on hold too long". I tried to explain the sense of urgency to him being that it was 95 degrees in my house and I have small children and pets and I was constantly told to just wait and "calm down". TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The receptionist Lawerence, and I call him that because his exact words were "ma'am, I just answer the phone" when I was trying to ask questions, Lawerence I'd extremely rude and continually passing the buck on who's to blame. When asked for the Manager or owners name he said he could not give out that information lol okay Almost a month later and I still dont have a working ac. MORAL OF THE STORY: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM. GUARENTEE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT COMPLETE SERVICES.
