  If you're a technician and looking for a job stay far away from this company. Their "benefits" are not good at all. After working there, for a year you get paid holidays. After two years you get 5 days off. Kenny is rude, selfish, self centered. His supervisor Eric Jager is a back stabber who you cannot trust. Company is full of drama.

  My boss called Thermal Comfort Air about our heat not working, less than an hour Ryan with Thermal was here. He was super quick and super friendly. Thank you so much to Thermal and Ryan for the amazing effort and getting our heater fixed so fast. I would recommend them to everyone!

  TCA is there when you need them the most. Their techs display a genuine care for customers and a compassion for thier situations. Fast and reliable. Christmas morning we lost heat, TCA was there within the hour and got us up and running. If you need professional service and integrity, go with TCA.
