  I just want to inform anyone thinking of using thermal ac for anything be ware. I have been a customer for 14 years and have purchased 2 central ac units from the guys. Upon my last purchase I registered my new ac unit on line as the guys from thermal requested to take advantage of the warranty offered with the unit. Along with registering the unit online the warranty requires a yearly servicing of the unit. I have been trying to call thermal ac for 3 months to set up a time to get my new unit serviced. I can't even get a callback from the guys to set up a time. Maybe they should get someone to answer their phones and not just let you go to voicemail that the guys never check or respond to. If they wish to no longer service my unit or do business with me they could atleast give me a call to let me know of their decision. I am now having to find a new company to pick up the ball that thermal has dropped....I would like to keep using thermal but obviously they don't value their customer of 14 years....And now my warranty has to be voided because an arcoaire dealer has to service the unit and thermal is the arcoaire dealer. Just bad business all the way around.
