  Didn't return a call when our heat was off just as the weather turned cold this holiday season.

  Owner came to look at AC unit and said they would come back and make sure drain hose was unplugged. Techs came and sprayed some cleaner on coils and closed it up. Said it would be better to buy new unit. Didn't even try to find the drain! What a rip off! Don't use this company!
