I used the Witmer Company for the installation of a new heat pump in 2018. Since that date, it has had constant problems. Every time it switches from air to heat, a problem occurs. Witmer has spent a total of over 30 hours "repairing" it, and have replaced at least 20 different parts. I do not think that a heat pump bought in 2018 can have this many problems, I feel that the unit (an Amana) is a lemon and would like it replaced. I was told today that the indoor unit would be placed. Three men ,including Andy came out and of course found another problem to fix, so it was decided I did not need a new unit. I have never been treated so unprofessionally . Andy was rude and degrading and Jeff who said I would get a new unit today, had no intention of replacing my unit. I would not recommend the Witmer company for anything. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with, and I am a retired vice president of a company and have worked with 100's of many different companies. DO NOT use Witmer, unless you want to deal with constant frustration and lies.

Hello Daryl, we are very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our services. After reviewing all the comments made, i understand you frustration. Your system had a unique problem that did take several attempts to fix. During the last problem you refused to allow a service technician to your home to determine the source of the problem. In an effort to resolve this more quickly, we spoke with Amana and they did agree to replace the indoor unit. When we arrived on site it was determined that the indoor unit was not the problem but it was being caused by the outdoor contactor. The part was replaced under warranty and the system was operating properly. We have made every effort to ensure the system is in good working order but you have consistently been verbally abusive and extremely disrespectful to all of our staff including the service technicians, service manager, vice president & president of our company. We pride ourselves on the way we treat our customers but we cannot allow our employees to be harassed for doing there jobs.

The repair for a kitchen faucet installation was the highest at 724. For a replacement . The unit was marked up 4 times its price at Lowe's. I feel taken advantage of. I had another repair needed but have to wait.

I apologize that you were displeased with our services. After reviewing the service call it appears that this was an emergency call during our after hours or overtime rate. I understand that the pricing may seem high for the price of a faucet but it also includes our technician's labor and our (1) year labor warranty on all of our repairs and replacements. We use a flat rate pricing structure so that you may see, and approve, the prices before any work is completed. Had a radiator leak late in the evening and the on-call tech made it out in great time to resolve the issue and I am very grateful.
