  I used this group several times and invested thousands of dollars. They were pricey but reliable, so it was worth it. I had another project to do after some outlet work in my home and Corey said a contract would be on its way after an appraisal of the situation. No contract, no contact. This was over a year a ago. I have called every month since, and pleaded with the messaging service worker who assured me my messages have all been delivered, but no one has replied. I have even sent emails. I know the pandemic has complicated so much, so I requested a simple courtesy call several times, just to let me know that Tick Tock can’t do the work, and still nothing. For a customer who was loyal, paid in full, and always tipped on top of the bill, I deserve a simple response. Also... One the outlets they switched is not working. I am beyond frustration at this point, worse, I am so disappointed. Just when you think there is a contractor you can trust, you are let down. I am going to do a larger renovation in the near future with a $20k budget, now its back to the drawing board to research a group I can count on.

  The Tick Tock Group was hired to do some electrical work for us before we sell our home. We needed a fuse box rewired as well as some outlets replaced. Corey arrived on time and was efficient and professional. The job was finished quicker than I expected and results were outstanding.

  Highly Recommended - I had a Fujitsu ductless mini split installed yesterday (05/15/19). Installation went smooth with installers Adam and Ricky. These guys do quality professional work, doing things right in every step of the process. Their knowledge and explanation of any questions I had was greatly appreciated. I felt like they were good friends by completion of the project. I also want to thank Jeff for his time and answering all my questions prior to the installation and Dave in accounting for the smooth transaction. I highly recommend the Tick Tock Group for whatever services you might need done. Thanks again guys!
