Been using this company since 2009 when they replaced my old heating and air unit inside and out. This is the first time ive had a problem with them. As of now they dont answer the phone and take forever to call me back. Been trying to get the service done on the unit in my rental property since january and its now may, ready to demand a refund for the bill thats already been paid and contact the better business bureau!!!
