I found the Comfort Partners to be professional, courteous, respectful of the property & myself, kept me well-informed of the process, arrived on time as promised, and overall provided exceptional service.   My hot water heater failed abruptly. I used them to replace my air conditioner, furnace, and hot water heater. They helped me apply for the NJ high efficiency program. They completed the work immediately and 5 years later everything still works great. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

  called them to get a quote to re-do my attic insulation. got transferred to Cindy. it sounded like I was bothering her with my request for a quote. first thing she said was we don't do any jobs less than $4k! and she wanted the square footage of my attic which I didn't have. I asked her if they send someone out to measure & get me an estimate and she said she will call me back. it's been a few weeks and no call back. Cindy was very unprofessional.
