In the dead of winter one of my tenants called to say that his central heat had stopped working and he was "starting to get chilly." This fellow was not prone to exaggeration. In fact, he'd never complained about anything at the rental before -- even though he should have. I took a look at the furnace myself to see if it was anything simple that a novice could handle, then called the HVAC DOC. Brandy only needed a couple pieces of information, and even though it was the middle of winter -- one of the hardest times to get an HVAC person out -- she was at the rental almost immediately. She handled everything from that one phone call. It's really a good feeling to know that you've delegated to someone who will just make-it-happen. The HVAC Doc is that person. Brandy gets it done and you can count on it being done right.
