U just can't run into this store, grab your item for purchase n go....there are so many great items for purchase. This store is always a visual delight, even if u stop for the simplest household item. A great stop to spend 2 hrs.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I love their selection of kids toys, they are all hands on and learning for the part. I love this store overall!

Clean well supplied store.  Friendly knowledgeable staff. I despise self checkout especially when there are 3 employees standing there watching us check out that could have a register open to check us out.

I ordered carpeting eligible for 5 day install (I paid more than I wanted just to ensure I could get a 5 day install since they only offered 5 day install on select carpeting), my initial quote included the $149 for 5 day install and I told the person that did the measurements I wanted a 5 day install. I took vacation time to be available for the install. I could not see the details of the final invoice because they sent it via text message instead of email, so it was too small to read and after I paid, the link would not allow my to pull it back up so that I could try to read or print it, but since it was more than $200 over my initial quote, I had no reason to think they didn't include the 5 day install since the initial quote had included it. I did not receive a receipt, order number or any communication regarding the install after I paid.  I called customer service 2 days later since I was concerned I hadn't heard anything and discovered, after much run around by customer service, that they did not include the 5 day install and could not tell me when they would get around to it. The Home Depot representative at the Racine Home Depot flooring department was very rude when I called and REFUSED to honor the 5 day install.  They also did not refund the entire amount that I paid after I cancelled my order. I will not go back to Home Depot again.

Went here looking for some wiring and outlets for my basement.  Dealt with Dennis in the electrical department and he was more than helpful!  I will always ask for him when I go to this store.

Staff is helpful in finding items if you can't find them. Staff is friendly. shelves are definitely stocked well and store is kept clean!

Nothing like buying a “brand new” Milwaukee Impact that’s clearly used. Took it back and they DID exchange it for another “new” one that didn’t have any writing on it.

Good selection and variety. Love that they offer a Military discount ♡

Worst place ever. They lie to you and customer service is rude to you if you try to cancel your order. Not only are they rude they took my 100 off voucher. That was the only reason I got there card. Never again will I step foot in there

Home Depot can no longer provide veterans with military discounts for in-store purchases. I’ll take my business to Lowes ✌🏾
