I was such a handful when I came in needing all kinds of help!! But Whitney and Jennifer both were special ladies and helped me with a their beautiful attitudes and smiles on occasion😷!!!  I will definitely be back in just to say hi!! Thank you ladies so much!  You guys definitely NAILED IT!!😉

The store normally has what you need but the employees will run the other direction to keep from having to actually help the customer. It is my opinion that they need to fire everyone of the employees and hire people who actually want to work. The past three times I have went to this store I had to hunt for someone to help me and when I found someone there would be about ten or more employees just standing around in a circle hiding from the customers.

They were sold out of what I was looking for. But great service! And Christmas 🎄 decorations are in!

When you want to accomplish a project in your house, you'll get everything you need when you come to this store.  I always ask employees if they have any questions, but they all taught me professionally, accurately and kindly.  Great shop!

Good all around. Better prices than Lowes on most appliances.   Be sure to price check items.     Friendly service, clean store. You can tell they care about customer service here.

Similar to all Home Depot stores. Not a fan, at all, of the new military discount process.  Positive note, they are getting outdoor furniture ready to stage, looks like it'll be out in a day or 2.

Ordered a product online, said they had 7 in stock.  This product was on sale at 62% off so it was a great deal.  After 2 days of waiting, I received a call that they can't find these 7.  This was ordered as a gift for someone and now there is no gift and I have to wait 5 days to be refunded.  Poor inventory control and no attempt to offer an alternative product in its place will lead me to do all my shopping at Lowes.

The store management team needs to remind the employees they work in retail. Countless of times, when trying to ask for assistance, the employees turn around and walk away. Also, they like to stand around and talk drama. Today while trying to purchase over two thousand dollars towards tools amd accessories, I spend over 40 minutes trying to get items unlocked. The caishers were no help what so ever. They stood around talking about unprofessional things which wouldnt be suitable around children. Make story short, cabot home depot lost not only a sell but my business account is about to be closed and going to take my  business to lows.

Was not happy with the paint department. He said he was out of the base I needed. Called the next day to see when a shipment would be in. The person in paint said they still have it available 🤷

As usual  customer service sucks and when you ask about something you get a role of the eyes, workers watch me load wood on cart and unload  it to my truck by myself. Only a handful ,if that, can actually help when you ask a question. And some new guy with green hair is the only cashier lately that is so helpful and looks like he actually likes his job.
