  So frustrated with Doug Sandquist and Millworks! I ordered doors for an entire house that I am remodeling. When the doors where delivered, 2 of them were damaged. Ok, that happens. But when I called Doug to help me understand what the next steps were to get them reordered I was treated as a total nuisance and given no information on timing or next steps. His attitude was I'll get to it sometime and don't call me to follow-up. Wow!! What happened to the value of a customer and basic courtesy and communication! I would be out of business if I treated my customers the way I was treated by this Home Depot!

  Home Depot is still my go to place. Just don't ever, ever buy products with damaged packages, or that look like they've been returned. Home Depot has a liberal return policy and will restock damaged goods or products with missing pieces!
