We bought a microwave for our kitchen a week the previous week.  My daughter's  microwave  stopped working. We bought another  microwave for my daughter for her kitchen.  She and I love the medium microwave. We live in a 16" x 80' mobile homes'. The kitchens are small. The sales people was friendly/helpful from the time we came into the store, until we made our purchase. An employee  brought  it to our vehicle,  and put it in our  vehicle.  I am not able to lift much weight due to my  health problems. It was nice that people  really care about their customers.

This business has all kinds of commercials talking about how helpful they are …. I have to call them out for not asking me one time if I needed help. I would be able to understand why they couldn’t help me if they were no employees there but there were plenty. As a matter of fact there was a long hair, bearded guy that kept walking by me as if I didn’t exist.
I was in the store for about 45 minutes and the only person to speak to me was a girl telling me to have a good day as I walked out…
Don’t mind me #Home Depot, I am on my way to Lowes.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They sold us a damaged washer and claimed it was new out of the box. Two weeks in and I’m doing my clothes at a laundry mat the day after Christmas till the parts come in for the washer. Samsung is taking car of us.

Nancy is the absolute best associate this store has! She has the best customer service, is always willing to help and has the sweetest personality. My husband and I got to know her when we were making our weekly trips when remodeling our house. 6+ months later, I went back in the store and Nancy immediately remembered me and asked about my projects. She’s a rare find in todays world and as long as she works there, my family will shop at The Home Depot!

Its been 3 weeks since I encountered the racist rude hateful manager named Anthony that works the evening shift he's a black individual with a very bad attitude towards white people he called me names refuse to help me and demanded that I left his store then his employees continue to help him say that they were going to call the law when I told him I didn't care that I didn't break any laws they threatened to call them again and walked away leaving me with no solution to my problem. I asked why  if he felt justified talking to me that way and he said for all he knew I could have picked up my receipts from the parking lot? I tried to explain that the receipts were would match my ID and that this was a misunderstanding on his behalf and again threatened with local law enforcement I still have $500 of sales that they received and no credit back to me I think they're the thieves I tried calling corporate I can't get a hold of anybody it was very scary my experience was scary

I want to give a shout out to a young woman named Stephanie. She was working in the paint department the day we met her. She went above and beyond to help us! She knew what she was doing! She helped us find and purchase just what we needed! Thank you to Stephanie!!

Employees didn't stop talking to greet and help. Got a txt that online order was ready and it wasn't. Customer service girl was rude and short with her comments and did not crack a smile. They kept saying it's been a long day..but actually the day isn't over till you're closed..and you still have to put that fake smile on and have good customer service to the customers that are still in the store even if you are ready to go home..

Took two brand new generators in. The guys put in as no receipt. Knowing we were coming up from previous call. Being told bring them up with receipt and put it on store card was agreed. So drive 2 hours to get there to be turned away. Due to them putting in as no receipt, tried my ID my father's DL said it's declining it we don't know why. Marked spot to call so get back call. On call told to right a letter to main corperate. Not the way to run things, big businesses don't care about the people just the money.

Jessie Ray made my day by jumping in to help me twice in two different locations in the store today. She was pleasant, upbeat, and knowledgeable in both areas. She improved my day. Thank you.

Ms. Ann is the best, very helpful! Won't order online and have it shipped home anymore though. Found the perfect shower kit to redo our master bathroom in beginning of March supposed to be delivered w in a week, still have not received all the parts to my shower kit. Order transferred from FedEx to "fastmile" the delivery date has changed 4 times. While sitting on trailer in Houston, tx for weeks now waiting to come to LR,Ar Latest update is April 1st delivery😡
