  If leaving no stars was a option I would have selected that. I purchased cabinets for a project on October 29th with a delivery date given for November 30th. November 30th arrived and the cabinets did not come in. After several phone calls and visits to Home Depot the cabinets arrived mid January. Took the cabinets to the site and unboxed them and found that they all were damaged and de-laminating at the bottoms. I again returned to Home Depot and made a return for all the cabinets. It has now been 10 days and I am still waiting to receive the return back to my visa. I would HIGHLY recommend never purchasing cabinets through Home Depot. I should have stuck with Lowe's.

  The staff at this location is always friendly and they go out of their way to help customers. It makes finding the things I need much faster and keeps me from spending all day wandering around trying to find the items in need on my own.

  Customer service here is a joke. I looked up an item on the HomeDepot website, used the aisle code to take me right to the item. The bottom of the shelf was labeled $249.99 with a half chipped sticker, which was the price advertised online, but it rang up $279.99 at the register. The customer service line leader wouldn’t even let me explain it, or let me show her where the shelf showed the price. She just kept saying “we can’t honor the online prices”. Now I’m out an extra $30 and Ive never felt so disrespected as a customer in my entire life. I’m so annoyed and will NEVER shop Home Depot ever again.
