  Home Depot - you should be ashamed. I had always been a big fan of Home Depot, especially since they solved their customer service problem from years ago. I appreciate the selection, the hours, the fair prices and the military discount. But I've noticed an insidious trend in big box stores lately where employees are aggressively trying to get customers to buy into something that the customer did not come into the store for. For example, a young lady asked me to do a survey regarding drinking water in my home, and then solicited my phone number with the promise of only calling should I win a gift card. I did not want to give my phone number but did just to be nice, unfortunately. My fault: I know better and did it anyway. Well, the next day I received a call from Home Depot telling me I won a gift card - if I only was to accept a free water test. I told them in the store I already had a water system installed and was not interested. Home Depot management - you should be ashamed. This is such a shady practice. I'll probably be back, but only because there is not a Lowe's nearby. But, I will never talk to another employee again unless it's in regard to what I came in the store for. Former Happy Customer.

  I've been to this Home Depot several times for paint, a few other things. Staff is always helpful and nice... But the reason I'm giving four stars is I ordered a pickup, to bring out to my car. So of course I wore pj's and house shoes, pulled up to the pickup parking spot only to see a sign saying pick up hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.... so it was awesome having to walk inside Home Depot with my pajamas and house slippers on. I think they should tell you when you check out the hours of pick up are different than the hours of operation

  Great selection of plants and trees and everything to get your Spring on. Plenty of staff to help load the mulch and sod, prices average for the time. All registers open when we were there at noon on a Saturday. Great for rapidly checking out
