Big store with lots of inventory, helpful staff. Many, MANY needs can be fulfilled under one roof with their lumber, building materials, hardware, plumbing 🪠, electrical, lawn and garden 🪴 plus much more. They have an awesome selection of cleaning 🧼 supplies and chemicals as well. They have it down to a really good system for ordering doors 🚪 and windows 🪟  plus even more online.

It seems like evertime I go here its hard somebody to find an employee who has any idea about the area they work in. Freindly enough but not super knowledgable about alot of their inventory. I end up going to the local hardware store after and find the answers and get the help I need at the time.

Had the best Home Depot experience I have ever had. Marcus was very helpful and friendly  when I needed to buy 2’ lengths of rope for a Girl Scout project and Hunter took time off from stocking to walk me through a re-grouting project. Fantastic costumer service from these two employees.

Whoever hires and inspires, motivates and teaches at this Home Depot are on it.  Christopher in the lumber yard, Samantha in the store, and the petite check out lady were so focused and helpful and emoted happiness.  And the guy with the sweet potato and chicken dog treat not only helped me....but treated my dog just to make our day .

Home Depot always has what I am looking for. I am starting an herb garden for my daughter, they had a wide variety of healthy starter plants. I found planters that are perfect for apartment living. The staff is always friendly as well. Always go there for home projects.

I went into the Home Depot on SE 82nd with a list of items, I needed for my move. I needed replacement blinds for my rental unit, and they were kind of odd sizes. A friendly employee named Kelly Brantley helped me find affordable blind options that could be cut to my size. They appeared to be out of stock of one size that I needed. I had to run home to double check my measurements, once Kelly explained to me how to measure. When I returned he had located more stock, on the size that we didn’t think was in stock. He cut the blinds for me, and they fit great once I got home. Kelly also helped me find the other items on my list, and was patient and friendly. I greatly appreciated his help, as I am sometimes at a loss as to what the right option to buy is. Kelly nailed it, as far as customer service goes :)

I've been to a lot of home depots, and I will say this one was one of the cleanest and friendliest I've been to. I just needed a few parts to do repairs around the house and I got great help finding the things I needed. I like the self-checkout. I like the fact that this home Depot had wide open aisles with not a lot of clutter and displays in the way.

This store is well stocked and every staff person I have spoken to has been friendly and helpful. I only wish they would turn down the sensitivity of the security door by the lighting section. I am a bit tired of being told to stop and keep back every time I want to look at a sconce.

Home depot WAS my store. I've spent thousands over the years and most recently on new carpet and appliances. We received our order including our cooktop, which we decided was too big for the island once we saw it in person. We knew there were no returns on appliances but we made it a point to confirm that exchanges were allowed. But when we went into the store we were told there were no exchanges. Even after explain to the manager that their employee confirmed it would be ok, they didn't care. If they did care they would of at least asked for the employee's name to discuss and/or correct them. I know it's Home Depot and they're not going to go broke and don't care about my experience, but they can kick rocks just the same.

I was very pleased with the help I received from Karla at the store at 82nd and Johnson Creek.   She listened carefully to my list of specific needs re: my purchases and when I lost my cane she looked until she found where I had leaned it .   She was both helpful and quite cheerful.

Then I met Uriel who used ingenuity as well as muscle to fit all my purchases into my car.  He was also cheerful as well as helpful.
