  Staff consistently doesn't know anything about product or pricing. A few members, sure. Again, stop posting stands with pricing that doesn't match the register. Items like these are not as they are priced.

  Randy was awesome!!! I found something I needed to complete a project and it said your store had it. I drove here from prior lake area. I couldn't find them, asked a person and went as advised. No luck. I fortunately had Randy ask if I needed help. Within 10 minutes I was leaving with an out of season item that needed a forklift to get down. Customer service is still alive thanks to people like Randy!!!

  One of my favorite hardware stores they take care of almost all my construction needs. Only thing is I would not use there customer credit card if you plan on paying it off every month. You still get charged interest because of their goofy system..
