  Skip the plants, they are not watered consistently. Most of them are dead, dying or have bugs and disease. The cashier tried to blame the vendor, which is insane. That vendor is the largest supplier for Long Island, because they are top of the line. Perhaps the lazy cashier should get off her but and pick up the hose. Tried to speak to a manager, but a stupid visor tried to answer me for the complaint. I don't think she's even been in the plant area. Next time someone asks for a manager, remember, it's above your pay scale!.

  Going into the store is fine but the worst is their curbside pickup. It never gets better! Their customers service has to get MUCH better as well. Placed an order night before, woke up and got the text my pick up was ready. Had my baby with me so curbside was going to be beat option. I pulled up and did everything in the app to let them know I was here.it took 40 mins to get my order! Crazy!!! Had the longest wait on the phone to let them know I'm here. Finally someone came with my things and didn't even apologize for the wait. It was as they were fed up with having to even come out. I have yet to have a positive experience with curbside pickup at this location. Something has to change.

  No knowledgeable staff. Walked around and waited 20 minutes for someone to finally get some help. I understand there is a shortage of people but gee. Perhaps HomeDepot you should change your work life balance for you staff and provide better pay care and benefits. Cashiers do not need to stand all day. Provide a chair so they have that option when they can sit.
