  Went in to buy a toolbox that showed there were multiple in stock. When we couldn’t find one we asked someone unpacking nearby. After showing the item on my phone I was rudely told “We don’t have any more. No one from hardware is here so come back tomorrow or find it yourself”. After asking another employee the item was easily found. Have never had such a horrible experience.

  The employees are very busy with customers who really act as if they are not there Todo/ start a project but simply to chat. Several customers were searching for a person to help them , but the previous question asking individuals rarely release the helpful employees to assist the next person. It felt very tedious for the employees who were doing their best but the customers were really Annette at their questions and even if they needed things. More like a help center for elderly who needs to chat.

  As a truck driver I loved this place, I arrived @5am for my 8am appt but, someone I forgot the name he got me unloaded immediately & let me stay over for little rest! Thanks… For semi truckers be aware Not much space for maneuver!
