I had a string of bad luck with my last few orders through Home Depot. None of which were really HD’s fault yet I feel they made every reasonable attempt to correct the situation. Thanks HD for your help on everything

Worst experience I've ever had with a company.  If I could rate this lower it would be a MINUS 10!!!  I doubt if they'll even publish this one.  I ordered this machine Feb 9th, was given a delivery est-OK.  Then 2 notices later, it's to be delivered in 1.5 weeks, it came Feb17th.  Truck came late to my house at 5PM.  Go to unload it and discover one whole side was caved in and base/floor pan was smashed in- appeared from a forklift.  I refused delivery & driver sent info in & said new one ordered and would get delivery time in a day or so.  Well today (18th) they call & say it won't be delivered til MARCH 1st!!! Call Co & want delivered sooner-no. I cancel order--then an hour on phone to do that & they say my refund will take 5-7 working days!!! No washer all this time, holding my money hostage so I still can't get a washer.  Definitely will NEVER shop with this Mickey Mouse outfit again--not happy.

Closest HD to where I live.  1 1/2 hour drive but worth the time.  Well stocked and helpful associates.  As a former Department Manager for Home Depot I tend to be critical about locations.  This location provided all my appliances for our new home in PA and all of the flooring.  Great job.

You can never ever ever get anyone to help you get, lift, carry or unload anything. I have purchased countless materials here (renovated 2 houses & landscaped both). Last year one of the associates in the garden center actually took our flatbed cart that we were attempting to load ten 24x24 cement pavers on. This Thurs I bought 2 carts full of stuff in the garden center & couldn't get a soul to help reach things on the top shelves or to help get it all to my vehicle. As usual- I unloaded it myself & pulled my back out (I heard & felt a pop when I lifted the heavy pavers). I could barely sit to drive home. So, I have spent 3 days in bed laying on ice packs & taking ibuprofen & Tylenol every 6hrs. I can finally stand & walk today without being hunched over. Thanks alot Home Depot for ruining my holiday weekend. I think after a decade of dealing with this- I will drive the extra miles & go to Lowes in Warren.

By far the worst experience I've ever had at home depot. Went and spent over 2000 dollars on flooring and cupboards to remodel our bathroom. The cabinets we picked out had plenty in stock on the shelf.
They called a few days later to let us know that the cabinets we picked and paid for were no longer in stock and they did not know when they would be able to get more in.
And we have been waiting over 2 weeks for our other items we bought and paid for ro be delivered to our home. They stated it's a 3rd party company who picks up the products and delivers them. Okay find but why are you not in contact with the 3rd party company who delivers your produces?!?
I will never go through home depot for another home project. Just a very unprofessional manner of handling things. Very disappointed.

Store eas clean, staff was very helpful. Was able to get everything needed in one stop!!

If you must go, go during normal business hours 8 to 5 if you go much after 5 or on the weekend you get there 2nd stringers who know little to nothing and are of no help also automated phone system is worthless no one ever picks up in the departments

Serving burgers & hot dogs today!  Got in, got what I needed & didn't have to worry about stopping to eat.  Getting the project FINISHED!  A few screws to go. We love u Andrew!
