  So, I rarely ever leave reviews for anything. However, this Home Depot has an employee named Cliff that gave such excellent service that I couldn’t not leave him a review. Every single person we came in contact with as we walked through the store looking for a product, Cliff interacted with. He was so polite to customers. So caring. So determined to go above and beyond for us. He spend upwards of 30-45 minutes searching for something other employees gave up on in 5 (and didn’t let us know they had quit looking). Cliff looked everywhere, across the whole store, front to back, sideways, we got our steps in with Cliff. And the whole time, he gave great conversation. As a GM of my own company, I would take 100 Cliff’s, any day. That guy deserves to be promoted to store leadership, or given some type of recognition for his level of compassion, service, and overall excellence. Because he deserves every last little bit of it. Looking forward to our next Home Depot visit; and hopefully we cross paths with this amazing person again!

  The turnover here seems high, therefore people don't always know the products they carry or where the product in question might be. That being said, I have never had an unpleasant clerk or employee there. It's my happy place!
