This is a nice Home Depot store.  Staff was good helping me choose product to get rid of wasps on patio.  It seems they had me get a good helpful item.  They also have nice plants and yard and garden supplies.

Customer Service was no help at all. They have no idea how to rent a Home Depot truck. But James in the Lumber Department was very helpful. It wasn’t even his job but he went out of his way to get answers for us. We need more workers like James!  We are giving one star to Customer Service and five stars to James!

My 80 year old mother bought a fridge from Kendra at Thanksgiving.  There were specific directions to please bring in and set it up. The first fridge had 3 literal holes in it. They blew off the second delivery completely. They just brought the fridge, months later, and were going to leave it in the yard! I've missed 3 days of work for this mess. Corporate hung up on me. I've contacted am attorney to try and get this refunded and get reimbursed for missing 3 days of work.

We called ahead over mixing tubs skew 535443 and asked if they could make sure they were in stock before we drove from Pensacola. After being on hold for about 10 mins the man comes back on the line and tells us they have them and to come on down. We got to the store and no one can find them anywhere in the store...
We put in an online order to give them time to locate the tubs while we went to grab lunch. We come back to the store and the online order was can canceled. They've had the amount in store changed to 0. And basically act like we are crazy and they wouldn't have to us they were in stock. We asked for a manager and the customer service lady just said she couldn't get them delivered to us. And left it at that.
Between the guy on the phone lying about them being in stock to the first guy that helped us in store just chalking it up to the store being unorganized and "a mess" then the customer service lady being no help and not talking to a manager either.
Very unprofessional, poor customer service, and just a bad rep for the Home Depot Brand. Very disappointing.

Needing light bulbs, I found a great deal on them on the website and arranged for an in-store pickup (which was prepared in less than 30 minutes). I came in to the store and was immediately greeted by Kim who was very helpful, attentive, and an absolute pleasure to speak with! Made for a very ideal shopping experience!
