  We visited the Hudson store and asked to order an item from the flooring department. When the worker went to her computer to look up the item, her mouse and telephone had been heavily shrink wrapped by another worker, as an office prank I guess. We had to sit and wait for her to unwrap both items before she could help us. Maybe not a big deal, but it didn't happen at Lowes when we drove there and ordered the item instead.

  Delivery was 17 days at the earliest! Day before delivery the timeframe for delivery was unacceptable. Told them i would like it early next week. They said it would be another 2 weeks! Last time i deal with Home Depot!

  Helpful, friendly, professional. Ordered stone for fireplace, they got it out and put in pick up perfectly!
