  The associate who helped us order our dishwasher and cooktop was very nice, helpful, polite , and patient. We have been all over looking for someone to help us get our appliances. We are visiting and will have to come back to pick our stuff up. It will be worth it. Who would have thought we would have a great experience in this little Town.

  Be aware buying appliances from this store. I ordered a new washer 6 weeks ago and the delivery date was set for today. I received a robot call at 8 am today and was told my delivery would be in another 3 weeks. I rearranged my schedule to be home to receive the appliance today. Surely the delivery team knew they would not be here on Friday and they could have contacted me then. Really inexcusable to not let me know sooner that there was a delay.

  Been waiting for delivery of goods from this store for 3 weeks now. They have rescheduled twice, and now they say they won’t deliver at all due to snow packed roads (not icy, not deep snow…just snow packed). When I spend $1000’s of dollars, I expect some honesty up front and decent service.
