  The employees are extremely helpful and so are the managers, Every time I have walked into the electrical department an employee was there and greeted me and asked me for assistance. The employees in the electrical department in my opinion are the best at customer service in this store. The rest of the store is organized at neat.

  WORST service ever. A bunch of clowns. Called for a truck rental and they said it’s first come first serve they can’t place holds. I showed up 20 minutes later on the one truck that was left and they said I’m 2 minutes late they just placed a hold on it! I told them I just called and you guys told me you don’t do holds and the two guys at the tool rental desk didn’t know what to say besides “Well it looks like your stuck in a pickle.” Store manager said there’s nothing they can do and they are all incompetent

  They sent an email that our tiling materials were ready for pickup, then kept us waiting for an hour because half of them were missing. We had to return the next day for the last two missing pieces and even then it took longer than it should have to pick up these already paid for materials.
