I had outdoor carpet installed over a month ago and still waiting for it to be taken care of.  The installer got glue all over my railing, the block, siding, post and j-channel.  I have tried to give them a chance to take care of it but I have no resolution.  I want my money back and for the Home Depot and not the installer to remove the glue.  Do not use them for carpet installation.  Their installers have no respect for other’s property.

Great place for the right refrigerator, Ed Snyder really took good care of explaining everything.  We actually were good to look around more but after 10 minutes came back to Home Depot and said that's the one we want.  Expensive trip ha ha but all appliances are up there now.

Got to meet the kid with the hair black bun I heard about… I was minding my own business when this kid decided to verbally attack me and not mine his business. Unfortunately he had to find out I can be very mean. I really felt bad for his coworker that tried to intervene and make excuses for his coworker. I also felt bad for my employee that never seen me get mean before…. Always issues at this store. I tend to drive further to North Versailles HD for superior service and stock!!!

I encountered a racially biased customer service representative name Emma who refused to ring me out , told me she was unable to ring out customers, as I witnessed her ring out serval white customers before and after she sent down to the other end of the store to be ringed out. I spoke to 2 managers Brian and Craig that was very understanding. Hopefully Emma receives some ethics training on racial discrimination. I normally don’t write reviews but Emma’s blatant disrespect , humiliation and disregard is what motivated me to take time out of my busy schedule to give Emma the recognition she deserves . Thanks Emma for making a difference in the world.

Kitchen design is HORRIBLE. The designer constantly complains about lack of help and I waited 6 weeks and got nothing but a picture that wasn't correct as we discussed. HD considers the measurements- that you pay for- their property.

I don,,t think that Home Depot even deserves 1 star. Whenever you under the impression that when you buy appliances from them and purchase a warranty, they sub contract out to these companies that do not care about fixing your problem. HomeDepot has you thinking that they are behind their products FAR FROM IT If the products they sold LG  were any good, they should not need a warranty

I ordered a dryer to be delivered, the old one taken away, and the new one hooked up. (Paid extra for the service) The delivery guys were 4 hours late was rude to my staff and did not install the new one because they did not have the new flex pipe (that I paid for) and just left. I called to request it be taken care of and was told it would be another 3 days before they could send a technician to come and hook it up.

Not enough help. I had to load a toilet on a dolly by myself. I am a 115 lb female. And they made me wait 5 minutes outside in the cold for someone to help me lift it into my truck. The guy just left it on the end of my tailgate and walked away didn't even help me push it back into place. Unbelievable and ignorant.

Had to use the Asurion protection plan and it was HORRIBLE! My thousand + dollars refrigerator has been non-operational for almost a month. Poor customer communication and lack of action when a mistake is made. Cross your fingers nothing happen to your new appliance.

UPDATE: 1/13/22 my refrigerator still is non-operational & the call center is useless as I still don't have a fridge. Nobody from Asurion or the reapair company wants to make things right., This is TERRIBLE! Part ordered after "wrong" part was shipped with express shipping and now all of a sudden the part is on back order. I can't make this up!
