My entire experience from start to finish was amazing. He quoted me a price for a job, came and did the job when he said he would. He was very professional and did a quality job pretty quick. If i ever have any heating or cooling issues again. Jake will be the first person I call for the job.

Where do I begin! Throughout the process of scheduling something Jake stayed in constant contact with me, and explained things as I don’t know anything about HVAC. They were able to get us scheduled within a couple of days which was amazing due to the heat we have been having! Upon arrival they were prompt and got straight to work and got it done within a couple of hours! They also gave me a military discount which I truly appreciate! Jake, his father and Max did excellent work and couldn’t be happier! Also they are great with dogs 👍🏻. Thanks again guys! I highly recommend The Heating Dude!

Every time Jake came out to check our "boiling system" furnace which was having issues, I went by his suggestion on what to do. The last time, I went by his suggestion on waiting and keeping an eye on the water pressure gage because we are in the process of selling our townhouse. Acting up again and he turned it around on me. Very unprofessional on his conversation with me on the phone and hung up on me. Very disappointed in how I was treated.

Sorry to hear you’re unhappy . It is Saturday and we should of had this done Wednesday when I was there for this job , I'm not happy either. I try to be prompt and professional but we are only human and being told we didn't do what we should have when we did, is hard to handle . On the September 17th call we found no water on the ground and no current leaks visible. We can't fix what we can't see and we discussed that. I noticed the air relief valve had water marks and showed you . We decided to start there and see if we can shore it up. Then I told you that same day if it did leak anymore we would need to possibly add an auto fill . That was September 17. You called back December 1 , that's 2.5 months later and the issue showed up again . It must have ran fine though for that period of time . At this point I said we would need to just either keep up filling it and checking it or we discussed that an auto fill can compensate and get you by but isn't a actual repair . Since you are selling , I proposed you watch and fill as needed or do the auto fill . At that point you asked prices on the auto fill and I said I think it should work and we scheduled it . We showed up on time so complete the job we believe would alleviate your issues and you said you didn't think we needed to do it anymore because you filled it and it was running fine . This is after we had a confirmed time to do the work and after I made special trips to get the parts and paid for them already. I said if you want to keep checking it and filling as needed you can and left. That’s not easy because we wasted that time and now have parts we don’t need . Three days later on a Saturday it's already low again . This doesn't surprise me cause we knew it was leaking somehow , somewhere . Now I'm booked up and you have to sell your home which is really why your upset and you think it’s my emergency. I told you the problem of canceling jobs when folks show up is you might not be able to get them back out when you need it. Due to you trying to sell your home it’s now an emergency but that’s not how it works for us . I try to accommodate for them if possible but we are booked . I was there Wednesday ready to repair what I think is the issue or help get you by and You chose not to have us do the work . You then messaged me because I can’t get to it on your time and said your unhappy with me . I told you that’s ok and that maybe if you found someone local you’d be able to get things repaired on your time . You can not please everyone but I really did try , this company feeds my family so I also get defensive if it’s something that’s not our fault . We don’t have a different CEO or the large box store resources to just give into things that aren’t our fault and we will defend ourselves . I do keep all of our text messages that clearly show our conversations too. As you can see by the many other reviews it’s rare we leave anyone unhappy and I’m truly sorry you are . When folks want to criticize us or write bad reviews for issues that are out of our hands or self induced it’s kind of offensive but I understand you’re under a time constraint . I feel for you and I was going to offer trying to help but I do not need to give in or be bullied into anything that wasn’t my issue and I stand by that. I’m sorry you aren’t happy and I hope the best for you. I feel like if we would of just done the work we had showed up for Wednesday you’d be much happier with us . I’d be willing to see if I can help you still because I don’t hold grudges but I’d have to ask you to be flexible with time or it’s just not possible . Hope the best either way.
