  Mike the owner has gone above and beyond for a series of unfortunate HVAC events. When my furnace started smelling unusual he had a technician over same day to diagnose and make sure it was safe. When they determined the furnace needed to be replaced, Mike gave me a great price to upgrade and had someone here within 24 hours to do a full replacement. He even showed up to help with the install. When my AC went out in the dead of summer, Mike came through again with a price that hands down was much better than the other big name companies in the area. He also once again had a technician here the next day to do the install. Won't go anywhere else but the Furnace Doctor for my HVAC needs in the future.

  Came home to no heat... after 48 hours of phone calls and service wait lists we had one company come out that we had worked with before, found the problem, got a quote for the broken equipment and repair, and an estimate for a new furnace- the better option in this case. Then I called the furnace doctor for a second opinion and quote, the office staff quickly arranged a same day service appointment! Mike called me almost immediately and we talked through the broken equipment, he patiently waited while I found serial numbers, and explained the issue over the phone. He was able to quote me equipment and repair over the phone immediately. He then came to my house personally and confirmed the issue. Again a new furnace was the way to go. He quoted me for a new furnace and took our pending basement remodel into consideration. He went above and beyond not only offering excellent equipment, service, prompt arrival, and clear communication he also drove to a job site and retrieved 2 heaters capable of heating 800sq feet each. In under two hours we saved 35% and were scheduled to receive a consumer reports top rated furnace. I breathed a real sigh of relief, my house was comfortable and safe for the first time in days as the temperatures dropped into the teens outside. He and his team completed the job in a professional manner. Would highly recommend Mike and the Furnace Doctor.

  I had the pleasure of working with Mike, one of the owners. We were told by another contractor that we needed a complete new HVAC system, but we weren't sure how legitimate it was. The other contractor's price was several thousand dollars higher than what the Furnace Doctor quoted. Mike took the time to explain our options without any hype, and as a former Engineer for a leading manufacturer, I strongly doubt that anyone has more knowledge about product capability or current technology than Mike! Every person we have encountered from The Furnace Doctor has been the ultimate Professional! They were courteous, friendly, and clean! They worked quickly and accurately, and didn't leave a mess behind. Mike took the time to answer all my questions about the units he proposed, and I appreciated that he didn't feel the need to oversell, but recommended just the right ones for our home. And even though his team was super busy with other service calls, he and his partner came out to do the installation of our products! He helped set up our new IoT devices on my wife's phone, and even came back a few days later to set them up on my phone, as well! That is very impressive, and going the extra mile to make sure he has satisfied customers! I strongly suggest you consider The Furnace Doctor the next time you need repair or replacement of your heating and cooling needs! I am confident that you will be more than satisfied with the results!
