Great experience. A professional service person accurately diagnosed problem with a Samsung refrigerator, offered an interim solution (overnight manual defrost), then came back with parts a week or so later and completed repair. All-in cost dramatically less than replacing the reefer. They are far better than Samsung's almost non-existent service.

Edit, while I originally had a good experience with this company I now have to edit this review to reflect our most recent interaction. We scheduled an appt through Lowes to have our refrigerator serviced. A woman called and said they made an error and overscheduled and need to change our appt. My husband told her that was his only day off and was told they only have a date 2 weeks out take it or leave it. He explained this is his only day off and that's why we called ahead and scheduled for that day. She responded with I don't need your attitude, if you don't like it call Lowes and figure it out we won't be coming. She hung up on him with no other option. Professional, courteous, prompt. Confirmed appointments, explained repairs and stayed in touch. This was for a warranty repair but would hire this company for my own repairs as well.

I have mixed feelings about this business. My oven door hinges did get replaced, that's all I needed, but it took two service calls and two months to complete. (waited one month for the first visit to diagnose the problem, and another month to order parts and come back. I told them what the problem was, it was obvious, and the model and serial numbers, so why not show up the first time with the hinges?) It was the customer service that was lacking. The person talked so fast that I could not understand, did not listen to me, and called to make sure that I knew I had to pay for this repair. The oven is 20 years old, clearly no longer under warranty, of course I'm going to pay for it. It wasn't terrible, but it could have been so much more pleasant, and in the future, I will look for a different repair service before calling them again.
