I was directed to this company from the manufacturer (Samsung). I reached out multiple times, via email, phone and online portal. All 3 I notified them this is warranty work. The only contact I received back was the automatic response from the online portal. The morning they are scheduled to show up, they call to tell me they don't do warranty work, but I would have to pay for it myself. I wonder how many others they have duped into paying due to lack of communication and owners just wanting to get the work done. Horrible customer service. I will not use them and highly suggest you don't either.

Sorry about the lack of communication, but we sometimes we don't see the every email that comes through. We haven't duped anyone into paying anything as this was web scheduled and paid in advance. We issued a refund for the charges as well. We have found most of the manufactures less than reasonable to work with, so we have discontinued all manufactured warranty work for the time being.

Alan came same day service and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how I could fix it myself in the future. He was great and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The Appliance Doctor received our warranty authorization February 18, 2022 from New Leaf appliance warranty, I made numerous phone calls from the 18th leaving messages never getting any response from my calls, finally on March 8th 2022 I called again and I did get a live person who initially told me that they had not received the authorization to do the work, we hung up after an argument, they abruptly called me back and said they had received the authorization on the 18th and would have to have someone look at it, so for 19 days no parts were ordered no calls returned and our microwave is still broke down, we will be using a different repair company.
