  Mr. Thatcher was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable about the various aspects of home inspections. His report was detailed and informative and included suggestions regarding possible remedies for any problems. His report was concluded and provided in a very timely fashion, less than 48 hours. Mr. Thatcher is also a person of rare integrity, honesty, and professionalism well beyond what is often encountered in public service. I would recommend his services unconditionally!

  This was the first time I had made an offer on a house and gotten a home inspection. Not knowing what to expect, I met Trevor at the house and he said I was more than welcome to do the walk through with him. I was able to shadow Trevor during the entire home inspection. He was very willing to answer my questions and walk me through what he was looking for and what some of his findings meant. A full report was sent to my email the next day (despite it being a Saturday), complete with pictures and comments of all of the potential damaged or problem areas he noted.
